Why is your company named Kelsi's Closet Jewelbox?
Kelsi's Closet Jewelbox is named for my second daughter Kelsi who was born 4 months early due to me developing severe preeclampsia only 5 1/2 months into my pregnancy with her. She passed away just 2 1/2 days after birth. I developed a special line of memorial jewelry and angels in her honor. I have also been working hard to help raise awareness of preeclampsia and support those that have had similar complications or losses. You can read more about Kelsi on her website. Which payment types do you accept?
At this time I accept Visa/MasterCard, Discover Card in addition to those available through paypal, you do not have to have a paypal account to pay through paypal. I will consider money orders or personal checks on an individual basis. If you would like to pay using check or money order please contact me to make arrangements. Items will ship once the payment has cleared, usually 10 days from deposit.

How are your items shipped and packaged?
All in stock items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service within 1 to 2 business days of completed purchase. Jewelry items are packaged in a gift box and protected in padded shipping materials. Tools and other materials are packed in an appropriate box with padding to protect against damage during shipping.

Items over $100 are automatically shipped with insurance.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If your are unsatisfied for any reason, I will accept returns or exchanges of jewelry in its original new condition up to 30 days from posting. The cost associated with returning an item will be the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. I recommend paying for insurance, and delivery confirmation as I cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. My goal is to make you as happy as possible with your purchase, so please feel free to contact me anytime throughout the buying process.

Do you accept custom orders?
Assuming I have the ability to create a particular piece, special order items are welcome. I will work closely with you to create the perfect piece for you. Special and custom order items usually ship within two weeks, however some may be longer depending on the technique. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom orders with the remainder due once the piece has been completed. Custom orders cannot be returned.

I do not share my customer information, EVER.
